We currently have a full-time Direct Care Worker position available. Our direct care staff members are responsible for the overall care, safety and supervision of our adolescent boys, many with therapeutic challenges. We use a strengths-based approach aimed at assisting our young men in achieving their treatment goals. St. Peter’s is a highly recreational program, with our direct care staff organizing, supervising and participating in sports, games and other activities.  In addition, direct care staff members are responsible for documenting written reports in Microsoft Word, medication distribution, helping our residents adhere to our behavior modification system, advocacy and maintaining our high standard of care. This is a lively, fun and professional work environment. We value our employees and know that the success our residents achieve can be largely attributed to our dedicated staff. The quality of care given to our young men begins with the education, training and support of quality staff.

Successful applicants are motivated to work on a team that acts in the best interests of our residents, at all times.
